ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT

An annual maintenance contract is an agreement with a service provider for repair and maintenance of property.Annual Maintenance Contracts can cover just about anything that your business owns and uses as long as it can be maintained. It’s simply an agreement between your company and a maintenance services provider that we will provide regular maintenance to your company under specific terms & conditions.

Each contract will be slightly different because situations differ from business to business. It might cover the maintenance of a certain type of equipment’s that the business relies on, for example. Those are the kinds of things that tend to be covered by AMCs.

We as a Gulfpower provide two types of Maintenance Services-

# Preventive Maintenance: PPM is regularly performed while the equipment is still working so that it does not break down unexpectedly.

# Comprehensive Maintenance: CPM is done as per schedule which includes breakdown equipment spare parts replacement, engineering and labor charges.
